New Baby Bunnies!

After the surprise of my first litter, I've been paying lots more attention to Red and her nest box. On Thursday I bought a new bale of straw and changed out everyone's bedding. It looked a little like Red had been digging a new nest. Yesterday when I checked the nest box the new straw had been moved around to make a nice little nest. This afternoon when I checked the nest box there was a big pile of fresh bunny fur in a pile on the nest hole from the day before. After a second the pile of fur MOVED!

Red's got new baby bunnies! Just two weeks after weaning her last litter! Way to go momma bunny!
I rooted around a little in the nest, checked all the babies, and counted four. They are funny little squirmy things!
